It equips pastors to guide, advise, and counsel others using biblical principles. Earning this degree requires completing coursework and a dissertation in the chosen specialty.
Course Goals and Objectives
The course aims to enhance the skills of proficient ministers and leaders through philosophical, theoretical, and practical learning. By the end of the course, students will be able to:

Course Policies
Class Attendance and Participation:
Attendance and active participation are mandatory. Classes involve discussions crucial for processing course material. Missing a session may result in a 50-point grade deduction per absence. Classes may be offered in webinar format.
Extra Credit:
No extra credit will be offered in this course.
Submitting Assignments:
All assignments must adhere to APA guidelines with 12-point Times New Roman, double-spacing, and a 1-inch margin. Improperly formatted work will not be graded.
Late Work:
Assignments have a 48-hour automatic extension. Beyond that, submissions will receive a zero score.
Policy on Incompletes:
“Incomplete” grades are only granted if 75% of coursework is completed and justified by valid reasons, such as medical or military considerations.
Code of Student Conduct – Academic Integrity:
Acts of cheating and plagiarism, including copying without proper citation, are strictly prohibited and subject to disciplinary action ranging from zero on the assignment to course failure.
